摘　　要：采用问卷调查法、个案观察法、访谈法、个案研究法等方法对阳光体育背景下上海市中小学生课外体育活动开展的时间、学生态度、活动项目选择、组织形式等基本情况进行分析,发现课外体育活动开展过程中的问题,并提出相应的意见与建议。By the methods of questionnaire,case observation,interview and case analysis,the article analyzes the basic information of the extracurricular sports activities of Shanghai middle and primary school students,i.e.,time,students＇ attitude,sports selection,organization form,etc.It reveals the existing problems in extracurricular sports activities and sets forth relative suggestions.
