摘　　要：目的观察丁咯地尔联合疏血通注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的治疗效果。方法对照组40例应用丁咯地尔治疗,治疗组40例应用丁咯地尔联合疏血通注射液治疗。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丁咯地尔联合疏血通注射液是一种治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的有效方法。Objective To observe the efficacy of buflomedil combined with Shu Xue Tong injection （SXT） in the treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency （VBI）. Methods Among the 80 VBI patients, in the control group 40 were treated by buflomedil only, in the treatment group other 40 were treated by buflomedil combined with SXT. Results The combinationof buflomedil and SXT was proved to be effective than buflomedil in the treatment of VBI. Conclusion The combination of buflomedil combined with SXT was proved to be effective than buflomedil in treatment of VBI.
