摘  要:目的研究单叶蔓荆不同器官中蔓荆子黄素的含量,为选择单叶蔓荆的药用部位及栽培利用提供科学依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定单叶蔓荆不同器官中蔓荆子黄素的含量。结果自然晾干后,果实中蔓荆子黄素的含量最高(0.030 8%),叶片次之(0.012 0%),未能检测出枝条和根系中蔓荆子黄素含量。结论单叶蔓荆以果实入药合理,叶片可进一步开发。Objective To provide scientific evidence about chosing useful parts and cultivation through studying vitexicarpin in different organs of Vitex trifolia L.var.simplicifolia Cham.Methods High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used for determination of vitexicarpin in different organs of Vitex trifolia L.var.simplicifolia Cham.Results The results showed that vitexicarpin presented the highest amount in fruit(0.030 8%) and followed by that of leaf(0.012 0%),while vitexicarpin in branch and root couldn't be detected by this protocol due to its low concentration after natural airing.Conclusion It's rational to use the fruit of Vitex trifolia for medication and further exploit application of the leaf.
