碧兰糊剂一次性根管充填治疗急性牙髓炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察碧兰糊剂一次性根管充填治疗急性牙髓炎的疗效。方法将96例急性牙髓炎患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各48例,分别采用碧兰糊剂和氧化锌丁香油糊剂一次性根管充填。结果两组牙体修复后1、3、6个月的成功率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组术后7d内疼痛发生率和患者满意率均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论碧兰糊剂一次性根管充填治疗急性牙髓炎具有疗效可靠、疗程短、复诊次数少、患者满意度高等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of primacamine root canal sealer for one-time root canal filling in the treatment of acute pulpitis.Methods Ninty six cases with acute pulpitis were divided randomly into treatment group（n=48） and control group（n = 48）,the control group received one-time root canal filling with zinc oxide eugenol,while the treatment group received one-time root canal filling with primacamine root canal sealer.Results There was no obvious differences of successful rate between two groups after treatment of one,three and six months（P 0.05）,but the pain incidence in 7 days post-operation and patients＇ content rate in treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group（P 0.01）.Conclusion Primacamine root canal sealer for one-time root canal filling in the treatment of patients with acute pulpitis has the advantages of positive effect,shorter therapeutic course,fewer return visit and higher content degree,and can be widely used in clinic.
