摘　　要：目的:观察缺血性结肠炎联合应用注射用丹参冻干粉注射液及低分子量肝素钠治疗的疗效。方法:对30例缺血性结肠炎的患者随机分为两组,对照组(15例)给予单纯抗生素治疗和其他常规对症支持治疗;治疗组(15例)给予抗生素加注射用丹参冻干粉注射液及低分子量肝素钠及常规支持治疗。观察治疗前后腹痛、便血的恢复情况,比较红细胞压积、血黏度、纤维蛋白原的变化,复查结肠镜,比较肠黏膜损伤指数及愈合情况。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组腹痛、便潜血恢复的时间缩短,血红细胞压积降低、血黏度降低较明显,复查结肠镜黏膜损伤指数及恢复率高,治疗结束后黏膜修复状态更好。结论:注射用丹参冻干粉联合低分子量肝素钠对缺血性结肠炎症状的恢复、肠黏膜的修复有促进作用,可以明显改善血液流变学指标,有利于抑制缺血对肠黏膜的损伤。注射用丹参冻干粉联合低分子量肝素钠可用于缺血性结肠炎的临床治疗。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Freeze-dried Powder Injection and low molecular weight Heparin Injection on ischemia colitis.Methods： A total of 30 senile patients with ischemia colitis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group（15 cases） was treated with antibiotics and other conventional therapy,while the treatment group（15 cases） was given Salvia Miltiorrhiza Freeze-dried Powder Injection and low molecular weight Heparin Injection combined with conventional therapy.The recovery conditions of abdominal pain and hemafecia before and after the treatment were observed and the changes of hematokrit,blood viscosity,fibrinogen were compared.The intestinal mucosa damage index and healing conditions were compared through cheaking colonoscope.Results： Compared with the control group,the length of days with abdominal pain and fecal occult blood positive were shortened in the treatment group.After treatment,the recovered conditions of mucous membrane were much better.The hematocrit,blood viscosity and colon mucosa lesion index were significantly reduced in the treatment group.Conclusion： Salvia Miltiorrhiza Freeze-dried Powder Injection and low molecular weight Heparin Injection can effectively ameliorate the hemorheological index and colon mucosa lesion index,which may contribute to the recovery of colon mucosa.Salvia Miltiorrhiza Freeze-dried Powder Injection and low molecular weight Heparin Injection can be conventionally used in clinical treatment of ischemic colitis.
