针灸在顽固性面瘫治疗中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸治疗顽固性面瘫的效果。方法:选取我院收治的顽固性面瘫患者200例,将其随机分为针灸组和对照组,每组各100例。针灸组患者头体针并用,对照组采取药物治疗方案。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:针灸组治愈33例,显效51例,有效15例,无效1例,总有效率为99%;对照组治愈20例,显效33例,有效27例,无效20例,总有效率为80%,两组患者总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸对于顽固性面瘫治疗效果十分显著,具有极大的临床应用及推广价值。Objective： To discuss the effect on acupuncture in the treatment of stubborn facial paralysis.Methods： 200 patients with stubborn facial paralysis in our hospital were selected who were divided into acupuncture group and control group,each group had 100 cases.The patients of acupuncture group were given scalp and body acupuncture combined with partial electroacupuncture therapy and TDP illumination;the patients of control group were given pharmacological treatment plan.The clinical effect results of two groups were compared.Results： Acupuncture group cured 33 cases,showed results had 51 cases,the effective had 15 cases,1 cases was invalid,the total effective rate was 99%;the control group cured 20 cases,the significance respectively was 33 cases and 27 cases had effective,20 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 80%,the total effective rate of two groups was compared,there was statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion： Acupuncture is very remarkable in the treatment of stubborn facial paralysis,and has the enormous clinical practice and the promoted value.
