周剂量多西紫杉醇联合顺铂及氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨周剂量多西紫杉醇联合顺铂及氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌的疗效。方法将本院收治的98例晚期胃癌患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各49例,观察组给予周剂量多西紫杉醇联合顺铂及氟尿嘧啶方案进行治疗,对照组给予奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙及替加氟方案进行治疗,比较两组患者的疗效及副作用等。结果观察组的有效率为63.3%,与对照组的42.9%比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.097,P<0.05)。两组患者的主要副作用经统计学比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后生活质量评分均有所提高,但是两组间生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义。结论周剂量多西紫杉醇联合顺铂及氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌疗效显著,值得临床进一步证实推广。Objective To study the curative effect of Docetaxel of weekly doses combined with Cisplatin and Fluorouracil in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods 98 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 49 cases,the observation group was given Docetaxel of weekly doses combined with Cisplatin and Fluorouracil,and the control group was given Oxaliplatin combined with Folic Acid Calcium and Fluoridated,the effect and side reactions of patients between the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of observation group was 63.3%,compared with 42.9% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（χ2 = 4.097,P〈0.05）.The differences of major adverse reactions between the two groups were no statistically significant（all P〈0.05）.Compared with treatment before,the quality of life scores of the two groups after treatment were all improved,but the quality of life scores between the two groups were no significant.Conclusion Docetaxel of weekly doses combination with Cisplatin and Fluorouracil in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer has a distinct curative effect,which is worthy of further confirmation and promotion in clinic.
