摘　　要：目的探讨益生菌制剂联合特定电磁波治疗成人肠易激综合征的临床应用价值。方法 70例成人肠易激综合征患者随机分成治疗组对照组各35例。两组均给予益生菌制剂(整肠生胶囊及乳酸菌素片)治疗,治疗组增加特定电磁波治疗,并比较两组疗效。结果治疗总有效率方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但平均治疗时间治疗组较对照组明显缩短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益生菌制剂联合特定电磁波治疗成人肠易激综合征简单有效,值得推广。Objective To investigate the specific probiotics combined electromagnetic treatment of adult irritable bowel syndrome clinical value. Methods 70aduh patients with irritable bowelsyndrome were randomly divided into treatment group （35cases）and control group（35cases）.Both groups were given probiotics （Bacillus licheniformis capsules and lactobacillus tablets） treatment,the treatment group increased specific electromagnetic treatment,and to observe its effect. Results The total efficiencywas significantly higher than the average treatment time was significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Specific probiotics combined with specific electromagnetic wave in adult patients with irritable bowel syndrome is simple and effective, worthy of promotion.
