摘　　要：通过渔业产值、水产品加工业总产值、渔业经济总产值、加工企业数量及水产品加工量等数据,对江苏水产品加工业现状进行分析,并从政产学研合作各方面对水产品加工业发展模式进行探讨。The present situation of Jiangsu aquatic products processing industry was analyzed by enumerating fishery output value,the total output value of aquatic products processing,total output value of fishery economy,processing enterprises number and aquatic products yield.Then,the development modes of aquatic products processing industry in future were investigated.
