摘 要:[目的]降低污泥农用后对土壤和农作物的危害,降低污泥脱水处理成本。[方法]利用聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)作为絮凝剂、经硫酸改性的粉煤灰(MFS)作为助凝剂,分别进行单独投加PAM和联合投加PAM、MFS的污泥脱水试验。[结果]聚丙烯酰胺的投加量从100 ml污泥干重的1%降到0.5%,减少50%,而脱水后泥饼含水率从83.56%(单投PAM1%)降到77.43%,泥饼体积减小约17%。[结论]加入0.1 gMFS做助凝剂后,可明显改善污泥脱水效果。[Objective] The aim was to reduce the damage of sludge farm application on soil and crops,and reduce the cost of sludge dewatering.[Method] With polyacrylamide(PAM) as a flocculant and fly ash modified by sulfuric acid(MFS) as a coagulant,two experiments of sludge dewatering were made by dosing PAM separately and by dosing PAM joined with MFS.[Result] PAM dosage decreased from 1% of the weight of 100 ml sludge dried to 0.5%,by 50% reduced.The moisture content of sludge cake decreased from 83.56%(when 1% PAM dosing separately) to 77.43%.And the volume of sludge cake reduced about 17%.[Conclusion] The test results showed that sludge dewatering effects could be greatly improved after 0.1 g MFS joined as a coagulant.
