摘　　要：分析了农民收入的现状,阐述了现阶段农民增收存在的障碍,分别从农业结构调整、中小企业发展、支农惠农政策、劳动用工市场、职业技能培训5个方面对农民增收保障体系建设进行了论述。The paper analyzed the present farmers＇ income,then expounded the obstacles to the farmers＇ income growth at present stage,and at last discussed the construction of farmers＇ income security system from the five aspects of agricultural structure regulation,SMEs development,supportive and beneficial policies for farmers,labor market and vocational training.
