摘　　要：该文认为中风日久脏腑衰微,气血津液亏耗,瘀血、痰湿、气郁夹杂,后遗症期病机以"虚"和"瘀"为主,从"脾"论治可以起到扶助正气、祛瘀生新、标本兼顾、驱邪而不伤正的特点。Squealer of stroke is mainly due to deficiency and stasis because Zang -fu organs has become weak;Qi and blood and body fluid are consumed,which lead to blood stasis, phlegm dampness and Qi depression. Treating the squealer from spleen can supplement the vital - Qi, eliminate blood stasis, without damaging the vital - Qi.
