摘　　要：目的:观察回药爱康方对小鼠Lewis肺癌的抑制作用。方法:将55只C57荷瘤小鼠随机分为荷瘤模型组为对照组,环磷酰胺(CTX)单纯化疗组,回药爱康方低剂量组、回药爱康方低剂量加化疗组、回药爱康方高剂量加化疗组均为实验组。治疗后观察各组小鼠生活状态,抑瘤率、免疫器官指数、HE染色法观察各组小鼠瘤细胞的病理学改变。结果:①与对照组比较,除CTX组外,其余各实验组小鼠体重差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);各实验组小鼠瘤重与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);②病理切片观察:实验组均有细胞形态改变,以回药爱康方高剂量加CTX最明显,有大片肿瘤细胞坏死和凋亡。结论:回药爱康方对小鼠Lewis肺癌细胞生长有抑制作用,并呈现量效关系。Objective：To observe the inhibitory effect of HUI medicine Aikang Fang on Lewis lung cancer mice. Methods：55 tumor - burdened C57 mice were randomly divided into model group as control group, cyclophosphamide （CTX） as the pure chemotherapy group, HUI medicine Aikang Fang low - dose group, low - dose and high - dose with chemotherapy group were all experiential groups. After treatments, observe the lives of mice, weights of tumor, spleen and thymus and histopathologic changes of tumor cells by HE. Results ： （1）compared with control group ,the weights of mice in experimental groups were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）, tumor weights were also statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, except the CTX group. （2）pathological observation ： each medicine group cells were changed, especially in HUI medicine Aikang Fang high - dose with chemotherapy group. There are much neorobiosis and apoptosis. Conclusion：HUI medicine Aikang Fang can inhibit Lewis lung cancer cell growth with dose - effect relationship.
