摘　　要：新生代农民工在我国农民工群体中起着重要的主力军作用,在社会流动上也呈现出了一些新的流动趋势。作为终身教育体系中的成人教育对社会流动影响很大,在引导新生代农民工社会流动方面也担负着重要的使命,发挥着重要的功能。New generation of migrant workers have become a new force of China＇s migrant workers,the social mobility also showed some new features.And adult education as the greatest impact on social mobility an important component of the new generation of migrant workers in the social mobility guidelines also assume an important mission,play an important function.
