摘 要:目的探讨RECK基因与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达、微血管密度(MVD)在小细胞肺癌(SCLC)的表达和相关性,及其与临床病理特征的联系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测43例肺癌组织和10例癌旁正常肺组织中RECK和VEGF、MVD的表达水平。结果 SCLC癌组织中RECK蛋白表达低于癌旁正常组织(P值为0.003),VEGF蛋白表达和MVD值高于癌旁正常组织(P值分别为0.011和0.001)。三个指标在临床病理特征分析中数据差异未见统计学意义。RECK与VEGF表达无相关,RECK与MVD呈现负相关,且当VEGF表达高时两者负相关更加显著。结论 RECK基因与SCLC的侵袭和转移可能有一定关系。RECK、VEGF、MVD与患者的临床病理特征未见明显相关性。Objective To study the expression and correlation of RECK and VEGF,MVD in small cell lung cancer(SCLC) and clinicopathological significance.Methods Immunohisto chemical SP method was used to detect the expression of RECK and VEGF,MVD proteins in 43 SCLC tissues and 10 para-cancerous tissues.Results RECK expression in cancer tissue was lower than that in adjacent normal lung tissue.The expression of VEGF and MVD value were higher than those in normal lung tissue.No statistical significant difference was found in the correlation between the three indexes and the clinicopathological features.There was no significant correlation between RECK and VEGF expression,but between RECK-expression and MVD,especially in the group of VEGF high expression.Conclusion RECK genes can inhibit the formation of microvascular induced by VEGF in SCLC.RECK gene may be a potential target in treatment of SCLC in the future.
