角膜塑形镜验配方法的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析用试戴镜片方法验配角膜塑形镜(Ortho-kCL)患者的数据资料,讨论影响验配成功的因素。方法回顾分析21例(39只眼)进行角膜塑形术治疗的患者资料。结果 21例(39只眼)患者中,用试戴镜片法成功验配35只眼(89.74%),定片后数据修正4只眼(10.26%),无配适不良退片者。结论用试戴镜片法可获得较高的临床验配成功率。Objective To analyze the data of the patients who wear orthokeratology contact lens using the try-in glasses and successful factors of the fitting result.Methods Data of 21 patients（thirty-nine eyes） who wear orthokeratology contact lens were retrospectively analyzed.Results In 21 patients（thirty-nine eyes）,with the try-in glasses there were thiry-five eyes（89.74%） filling a correct prescription,and there were four eyes（10.26%） filling a correct prescription after correcting the data.Conclusion The method of try-in glasses can get a high successful rates.
