摘　　要：简要介绍了有机分析化学的发展与应用,重点综述了:①现代有机分析新方法新技术在食物检测中的应用;②现代有机分析新方法新技术对水资源的分析检测;③现代有机分析新方法新技术对水产品中毒性物质的检测。并对现代有机分析化学的发展进行了展望。The development and application of organic analytical chemistry was briefly introduces,and focused on the survey of applications of new modern organic analytical methods in the fields of food test,water resource detection,and toxic substance test of the aquatic products.Future development of the organic analytical chemistry was prospected in the end.
