摘　　要：高等教育的供给和需求一直是矛盾的统一体。文章通过对高职教育资源的供给和生源市场需求分析,为实现二者的统一提出了实施策略:理性面对生源萎缩、错位打造专业特色和公平配置教学资源。Supply and demand for higher education has been a contradictory unity.Resources through the supply of vocational education and two students to analyze market demand and to achieve the unity of the two students made a rational face of shrinking features dislocation to create professional,fair allocation of teaching resources and other implementation strategies.
