构建基于“就业导向,能力本位”的高职素质教育体系

摘　　要：高职教育在我国发展至今,素质教育越来越引起各方的重视。本文基于以"就业为导向,能力为本位"的理念和指导思想,结合笔者所在高职学院的改革实际,创造性地提出高职素质教育体系建构的思路,并认为应从管理构架、课程模式、师资队伍、实训教学、校园文化等方面进行深入改革,最终实现学生综合素质的提升。Higher vocational education has rapid developed up to now ,and quality education has increasingly aroused people＇s attention. Combined with the reform actuality of the author＇s higher vocational and technical college, this article creatively puts forward the idea that higher vocational colleges could construct a quality education system,in view of employment--guided and competence--based guideline. The authors think that we should carry out reforms in fields of management framework, curriculum model,teachers＇ quality,practical teaching and campus culture,in order to truly improve the college students＇ comprehensive quality.
