复方苦参注射液联合短棒状杆菌局部治疗晚期肺癌恶性胸腔积液的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察复方苦参注射液联合短棒状杆菌(CP)局部治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法治疗组胸腔内注入复方苦参注射液30 ml+CP 4 ml+0.9%NS 20 ml+2%利多卡因10 ml,对照组注入CP 4 ml+0.9%NS 20 ml+2%利多卡因注10 ml,1次/周×4周后评价疗效、不良反应和PS评分变化。结果胸水控制有效率、PS评分改善率治疗组(88.9%、93.3%)高于对照组(64.4%、62.2%),胸痛和恶心、呕吐发生率治疗组(33.3%、4.4%)低于对照组(60.0%、22.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液联合CP局部治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液疗效好,不良反应少。Objective To observe the curative effect of compound Kushen injection and Corynebaeterium Parvum（CP） as a local therapy for patients with advanced lung cancer associated with malignant pleural effusion. Methods The treat group patients were injected compound Kushen injection 30 ml ＋ CP 4 ml ＋ normal sodium 20 ml ＋ 2% lidocaine injection 10 ml into thoracic cavity, the control group patients were injected CP4 ml ＋ normal sodium 20 ml ＋2% lidocaine injection 10 ml,once a week for4 weeks, 4 weeks later,evaluate the curative effect, adverse effect and PS scores. Results The effective rate of controlling pleura] effusion and PS scores improvement rate of the treat group（88.9% ,93.3% ） was higher than the control greup（64. 4% ,62.2% ） ;the chest pain, the nausea and vomiting incidence rate of the treat group （ 33.3 % ,4. 4% ） was lower than the control group （ 60. 0% ,22.2% ）, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion The local therapy with compound Kushen injection and CP for patients with advanced lung cancer associated with malignant pleura] effusion has good curative effect and fewer adverse effect.
