脑性瘫痪患儿家属疾病不确定感、焦虑调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解脑性瘫痪患儿家属疾病不确定感、焦虑水平,探讨相应的干预措施,以提高其应对疾病的能力,降低焦虑水平,提高其生活质量。方法随机抽取首次在我院就诊,并确诊为脑性瘫痪的患儿家属42名,发放中文版Mishel疾病不确定感量表、焦虑自评量表进行测量。结果疾病不确定感总分79～134分,平均(106.57±14.21)分,处于中等水平36名(85.71%),高等水平6名(14.28%);焦虑总得分(43.29±10.20)分,与全国常模(29.78±0.46)分比较,差异有高度统计学意义(t=44.33,P<0.01)。结论脑性瘫痪患儿家属存在较高的疾病不确定感,焦虑水平高。医护人员应采取相应的干预措施,提高其应对疾病的能力,降低患者的疾病不确定感和焦虑水平,改善心理状况,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the level of uncertainty in illness and anxiety in family members of patients of children with cerebral palsy,and to explore the intervention measures to improve their reply to illness and reduce the level of anxiety,improve their life quality.Methods 42 family members of children patients who were diagnosed with cerebral palsy were randomly selected and assessed with Mishel′s Uncertainty in Illness Scale（MUIS）,Self-Rated Anxiety Scale（SAS）.Results The total score of disease uncertainty was 79-134（106.57±14.21） scores,36 samples（85.71%） were in the middle level,6 samples（14.28%） were in the high level.The total scores on anxiety was（43.29±10.20） scores.There was a significant difference（t = 44.33,P 0.01） compared with the norms of the whole nation [（29.78±0.46） scores].Conclusion Uncertainty in illness and anxiety of family members of patients with cerebral palsy is at a high level.Medical care personnel should take intervention measures to improve the ability of family members to illness,reduce their uncertainty in illness and anxiety,and improve their mental and emotional health and life quality.
