摘  要:在深入分析研究区水资源开发利用现状的基础上,建立了由25个指标组成的黄河三角洲水资源承载力评价指标体系和分级标准。利用集对分析理论,通过采用三标度层次分析法赋权,构建了基于三标度层次分析法的集对分析模型,并运用该模型对黄河三角洲水资源承载力进行评价。结果表明:研究区水资源承载力处于较低的水平,继续开发的潜力较小。针对评价结果,提出了提高水资源承载力的建议。An assessment index system consisting of 25 indicators and the grading criteria for evaluating the water resources carrying capacity in the Yellow River Delta were established based on analysis of the development and utilization of water resources in the area, According to the set pair analysis theory, the three-demarcation analytic hierarchy process method was adopted to establish the set pair analysis model, which was used to evaluate the water resources carrying capacity in the Yellow River Delta. The results show that the study area has poor water resources carrying capacity and little potential for further development. Based on this evaluation, some suggestions were proposed for improvement of the water resources carrying capacity in the study area.
