摘　　要：临床医学是一门应用学科,教学活动中实践教学占有重要地位,然而由于多种因素的影响使我国本科临床医学教育中的实践教学步履维艰。如何创新临床医学实践教学,提高本科临床医学教育质量,是每一个从事临床医学教育工作者所面临的问题。本文提出了在临床医学实践教学中建立导师制教学平台,缩小教学单位,重塑师承关系,逐步实现教育个体化的观点。学生在这种实践教学中不仅能学习知识和掌握专业技能,更能够提高实践能力和综合素质,从而提高教育质量。Clinical medicine is a practical subject,and the medical practical teaching plays an important role in the subject.However,the clinical medicine education of Chinese undergraduate students is difficult,because of various problems.It is a question that how educators to innovate the clinical medicine practice teaching for undergraduate students and improve the quality of education.This paper put forwards the points of establishing the tutorial system,reducing size of teaching group,remodeling mentoring relationship and realizing individualized education,in order to improve the quality of education.By the performs,medical undergraduate students will not only learn the medical knowledge and clinical skill,but also increasing the practical ability and comprehensive quality.
