脑脉泰胶囊合磁珠耳贴治疗脑梗死后癫痫的临床观察

摘　　要：目的比较脑脉泰胶囊合磁珠耳穴贴压治疗与单用西药治疗脑梗死后癫痫的疗效差异。方法将60例脑梗死后癫痫患者随机分为脑脉泰胶囊合磁珠耳穴贴压组(治疗组)和西药组(对照组),每组各30例。治疗组给予脑脉泰胶囊合磁珠耳贴治疗,对照组给予西药治疗,比较两组治疗后癫痫改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为83.3%,明显优于对照组的30.0%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后脑电图比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。结论脑脉泰胶囊合磁珠耳穴贴压治疗脑梗死后癫痫疗效肯定,总有效率优于西药治疗,且副作用小。Objective To compare the efficacy on Naomaitai Capsule combined with therapy of magnetic beads ear point with Western medicine in the treatment of epilepsy after cerebral infarction.Methods 60 patients with epilepsy after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into Naomaitai Capsule combined with therapy of magnetic beads ear point group（treatment group） and Western medicine group（control group）,each group had 30 cease.Treatment group was given Naomaitai Capsule combined with therapy of magnetic beads ear point;control group was given only Western medicine,improvement of epilepsy after cerebral infarction of two groups were compared after treatment.Results The total efficiency of treatment group was 83.3%,which was significantly better than that of control group（30.0%）（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Naomaitai Capsule combined with therapy of magnetic beads ear point in the treatment of epilepsy after cerebral infarction has a good curative effect,the total efficiency is superior to Western medicine treatment,and has little side effects.
