摘　　要：目的:对广东省医院图书馆现状、资源条件、发展制约因素等进行调查研究,探索符合广东省医院图书馆可持续发展的策略,以促进其医院图书馆事业的可持续发展。方法:设计《广东省医院图书馆情况调查表》、《读者对图书馆的评价表》,对广东省全部21个地级市的三级甲等医院图书馆及其读者进行广泛的调查。结果:医院图书馆建设出现滞后趋势,馆员素质结构仍未理想,经费不足制约图书馆的发展,文献资源共享仍未建立,信息服务仍有差距。结论:广东省医院图书馆必须做好规范化管理,建设一支高素质的医学情报专业队伍,拓展信息服务的新领域,建立可持续发展机制,为读者提供优质和高效的信息服务。Objectives： To learn status, resources and restrict conditions of Guangdong provincial hospital library, explore appropriate sustainable development strategy and to promote hospital library sustainable development. Methods： All A level tertiary hosital in 21 cities in Guangdong have received ＂Guangdong Province Hospital Library Situation Survey form＂ and ＂Reader to Library Appraisal Table＂ survey. Results： Hospital library construction lagged of hospital development. The staff structure is still imperfect, finance is still shortage, literature share system is still not established and information service is lagged of this period. Conclusions： Hospital library in Guangdong province should be regular managed, a qualified professional team should be established, field of information service should be broadened and sustainable development mechanism should be shaped to provide qualified and efficiency service for the reader.
