子宫内膜腺癌趋化因子Fractalkine的阳性表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:检测正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜腺癌组织中Fkn蛋白的表达情况,探讨子宫内膜组织内炎性因子Fkn的表达差异及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化PV法分别检测60例正常子宫内膜、63例子宫内膜癌组织中Fkn蛋白的表达情况。结果:正常分泌期子宫内膜Fkn阳性表达和过阳性表达均高于增生期内膜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);子宫内膜腺癌G1组Fkn阳性表达与G2+G3组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);子宫内膜腺癌组织Fkn阳性表达和过阳性表达均比正常子宫内膜减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Fractalkine(Fkn)参与选择性白细胞的趋化、迁徙、归巢,其在子宫内膜炎症的发生、抗肿瘤免疫反应中起重要作用,可能是子宫内膜恶性转化的一个相关因素。Objective：To detect the expression levels of Fractalkine protein in normal endometrium and endometrial adenocarcinoma,explore the difference of Fractalkine expression in endometrial tissue and the clinical significance.Methods：Immunohistochemical PV method was used to detect the expression levels of Fractalkine protein in 60 cases with normal endometrium and 63 cases with endometrial adenocarcinoma.Results：The positive expression rate and excessive positive expression rate of Fractalkine protein in normal endometrium at secretory phase were significantly higher than those at proliferative phase（P0.05）.There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of Fractalkine protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma between G1 group and G2＋G3 group（P0.05）.The positive expression rate and excessive positive expression rate of Fractalkine protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma were significantly lower than those in normal endometrium（P0.05）.Conclusion：Fractalkine protein participates in the chemotaxis,metaptosis,and homing of selective leukocytes,which plays an important role in the occurrence of endometrial inflammation and anti-tumor immune response,and Fractalkine protein may be a related factor of malignant transformation of endometrium.
