摘　　要：针对科技期刊编辑继续教育工作中存在的问题,提出应从思想认识、教学设施、业务素质、政策操作、媒体宣传等方面加以改进,以期提高科技期刊编辑的整体素质。Concerning the problems in the further education of editors of scientific journals,the paper emphasizes ideas and understanding,perfection of teaching facilities,improvement of their qualities,implementation of policies and media publicity,hoping to promote the editors＇ overall qualities.
