自传叙事交流情景与自传身份隐喻——源自《富兰克林自传》受述者背后的声音

摘　　要：叙事交流情景旨在揭示叙事交流活动的过程及其参与者之间的关系,也往往蕴含着作者特定的叙事意图。文章对小说和自传叙事交流情景模式的研究成果进行梳理和修正,并据此分析《富兰克林自传》中受述者的转换所潜藏的身份隐喻。研究发现叙事交流情景在《自传》第一部分和其后的三部分之间的变化表面上是写作意图从个人向公众的转换,而实质上是富兰克林"家族之父"的身份向"隐喻国父"的转换。Situation of narrative communication(SNC) reveals the process of narrative communication and the relationship among its attendants,and is believed to convey the author’s narrative ideology.Incorporating a general review and modification of the existing models of the SNC in fiction and autobiography,the paper explores the politics of autobiographical identity pursuit in The Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin by analyzing the change of its SNC(especially the transformation of the narratees).Through this analysis,the paper demonstrates the metaphorical transformation of Franklin’s identity from the 'Family Father' to the 'State Father'.
