摘　　要：高校的最根本任务就是要解决"培养什么样的人,怎样培养人"的问题。高校要把教学、科研、管理、后勤服务融为一体,着力培养信念执著、品德优良的高素质人才和拔尖创新人才。提高人才培养质量,确立人才培养在高校工作中的中心地位,创造"教书育人、管理育人、服务育人"的良好氛围。The most fundamental task of universities is to solve the ＂what kinds of people should train and how to train people＂.Universities should integrate teaching,scientific research,management,logistics services,strive to cultivate highly qualified and creative talents,improve the quality of personnel training,establish the central position of personnel training in university,and create the good atmosphere of imparting knowledge and educating people,cultivation with proper management and educating students through service.
