摘　　要：质量工程建设是高等院校的生命线,对民办高校来说尤为重要。从西安市民办高校的情况来看,虽然其在教学质量工程建设上取得了不错的成绩,仍存很多问题。因此,应从各个角度入手引导民办高校加大投入,加强师资队伍建设,提高项目管理能力,从而带动质量工程的开展。The quality construction is the lifeblood of colleges and universities,particularly for private colleges.From the situation of private universities in Xi＇an City,the teaching quality project construction has achieved good results,but there are still a lot of problems.Therefore,the private universities should increase investment starting from every angle,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,and improve project management capacities,so as to promote quality engineering.
