摘　　要：本文介绍了安全综合检测车研究及其系统总框图； 轨道状态检测、轮轨作用力检测、弓网状态检测、通信信号检测四个子系统框图； 安全综合检测车的计算机系统；This paper gives on account of the reasons for staring the study on multipurpose safety inspection car and describes the system block diagam,focusing on four sub system block diagrams including track condition,wheel/rail interaction,pantograph/catenery condition,and signals and communications,inspection items and their technical standard.It briefs on the computer system of the car and puts forward its major technical parameters.
