摘　　要：人生转盘是一种在人口和妇女项目中的培训方法。本文从人生转盘的来源、内容、特征、意义和作用对其进行了介绍,并根据其理论和从实践中获得的经验,从组织程序和组织艺术两方面说明了如何成功地组织一场人生转盘。Life cycle training is a kind of way used in population and woman's projects.This article introduces the sources,contents,features,significance and functions of the life cycle training.Then based on the theory regarding the life cycle training the experiences abtained from the practical field has been introduced.the article has also illustrated from its' organization procedure and organization art how a life cycle training could be performed successfully.
