摘　　要：目的探讨护理礼仪训练对护理大专生自信心培养的影响。方法选择本校护理系大专生87人,实施36学时的护理礼仪训练,并于训练前后采用一般自我效能感量表及一般资料问卷进行调查比较。结果护理礼仪训练前后护理大专生一般自我效能感和自信心主观自我评价差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护理礼仪训练对提高护理大专生自信心有显著作用。Objective To explore the effect of nursing etiquette training on improving self-confidence of junior nursing college students.Methods Chose 87 students from nursing department of our university,and gave them the nursing etiquette training for 36 hours.Before and after the training,measured the students＇ general self-efficacy and general information by general self-efficacy scale and general information questionnaires.Results After training scores of general self-efficacy and self-confidence subjective self-evaluation were higher than that of before training,and the differences had statistical significance（P 0.01）.Conclusion There is a significant effect of nursing etiquette training on improving self-confidence of junior nursing college students.
