氩激光与氪激光治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察不同类型的激光对糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法分别用氩绿激光和氪黄激光治疗增殖前期和增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变113例,观察其疗效和视力。结果两组病人超过80%的患者视力有进步或保持现有视力,也有部分患者视力下降。结论不同类型的激光对糖尿病视网膜病变患者均有效,糖尿病视网膜病变患者应适时采取这种有效的治疗方法。Objective To compare the effect of green argon laser and yellow krypton laser photocoagulation for diabetic retinopalhy.Method 113 patients with non-proliferative or proliferative diabetic retinopathy were randomly treated with green argon laser or yellow krypton laser.Changes of visual acuity and regression of neovascularization were evaluated.Results Visual acuity of 80% patients improved or retained compared with baseline.Some patients had declined vision.Conclusion Both types of laser ti-eatment had positive effects for diabetic retinopathy.Patients with diabetic retinopathy should take laser photocoagulation as an effective therapy.
