摘　　要：目的分析巩膜隧道小切口白内障囊外除术联合人工晶体植入术在治疗白内障疾病的临床疗效。方法对158眼白内障患者的手术进行总结,观察视力恢复情况及术中术后并发症。结果术后视力较术前不同程度提高。结论该手术方式疗效满意,术后视力恢复快,并发症少。Objective To analysis the therapeutic effect of the small incision cataract surgery with scleral tunnel in the treatment of cataract.Methods The small incision cataract surgery with sclerotic tunnel was performed inl58 eyes with cataract, visual acuity and complications were observed.Results The postoperative vision was improved in varying degrees.Conclusion The surgery is reliable and can quickly obtain good vision with few complications.
