摘 要:随着人民收入水平的提高,国内的汽车数量急据增多,有关汽车的动力问题成为汽车的生产与改装领域里的一个重要问题。针对这一现状,本文对汽车的喷油系统进行了研究,并分析了汽车动力与喷油量的关系。然后分析了汽缸压缩比与汽车动力之间的关系,得到了ECU(electronic control unit)产生的脉宽与喷油量的关系及其计算方法,最后设计了一款基于CPLD的汽车喷油量控制系统,该系统通过控制喷油脉宽的宽度来控制汽车喷油量。实验证明该系统能够很好地控制喷油量,可以满足实际需要。Vehicle motivity has become an important part in the field of production and reconstruction of vehicles with the development of people's living levels and domestic cars increasing rapidly.We have made a research on vehicles' fuel injection system in view of the status quo.We also analyse the relations between vehicle motivity and fuel injection volume,cylinder compression ration.We learn the relation and the calcualtion method of pulse width and fuel injection volume caused by ECU from that.At last,we design an vehicle fuel injection volume control system based on CPLD which can control vehicle's fuel injection volume through controlling the width of fuel injection pulse width.Experiment shows that the system can control fuel injection volume well to meet the actual needs.
