摘 要:感应电机DTC采用电压模型对电机反电动势进行积分获取定子磁链辨识值,但纯积分器积分项的直流偏置会造成积分器饱和。为了克服这一问题,研究了一种自适应定子磁链闭环辨识器,在该辨识器中设计一种均值补偿算法消去积分累积误差。在Matlab/Simulink仿真环境下对这种辨识器进行仿真研究,并在由dsPIC30F6010A数字信号处理器构成的DTC控制平台上进行实验研究。仿真与实验结果表明,这种基于自适应定子磁链闭环辨识器DTC系统不仅有效地消除了积分器直流偏置累积误差,获得了高精度定子磁链辨识,而且DTC系统具有较好的定子磁链参数自适应能力。The induction motor back-EMF is usually integrated to obtain the stator flux identification value in DTC system of induction motor by using voltage model,but DC offset current in the integral term of pure integrator will cause integral saturation. In order to solve this problem,a adaptive stator flux closed loop identifier was presented and designed a mean compensation algorithm to expunction integral accumulative error in this identifier. The simulation of this identifier in Matlab/Simulink environment was studied,and researched the experiment on the DTC control platform based on dsPIC30F6010A. Simulation and experiment show that this direct torque control system based on adaptive flux closed loop identifier not only can eliminate the accu- mulated DC offset error of integrator effectively, and get high precision identification of stator flux; but also have good stator flux parameter and adaptive ability.
