摘  要:聚碳酸酯(PC)材料具有设计自由度高、强度好、密度低、轻量化的特点.从新能源汽车轻量化的要求出发,分析了新能源汽车的轻量化工作,并从材料、产品性能、标准以及产业化方面研究了PC材料在新能源汽车轻量化领域的应用前景和存在的问题.PC塑料车窗机械性能优于传统玻璃,但其抗磨性能和耐候性能较传统玻璃差.PC塑料车窗的应用目前急需建立自身的标准,同时进一步提高耐候性和耐磨性;PC塑料车窗导热性较传统玻璃差,塑料车窗电阻丝消耗功率和温度性能明显低于传统玻璃,塑料车窗的除霜除雾功能还有待解决.The polycarbonate (PC) material has the design freedom and good strength high, low density, can realize the lightweight. Mainly from new energy vehicles on the demands of lightweight, simple introduction about lightweight work , then from material, product performance, standards and industrialization research , analysis plastic window to the application prospect in the new energy vehicle of lightweight and the existing problems. PC plastic window is superior to the traditional glass about the mechanical properties. But the anti-wear properties and the weathering resistance to a traditional glass is poor. The application of plastic Windows PC are needed now setting up their own standard, and further improve the weathering resistance and abrasion resistance. PC plastic window is poor thermal conductivity than the traditional glass, plastic window resistance wire power consumption and temperature performance was significantly lower than the traditional glass, plastic window defrosting and demisting function need ed to be solved.
