摘 要:目的:研究一种可用于辅助诊断的心音信号分析系统,通过对心音进行检测和处理,起到辅助心脏疾病诊断的作用。方法:系统通过对心音信号进行采集和预处理,并通过ZigBee技术无线传输至PC,利用Matlab信号分析工具对数字心音信号进行处理,实现心音的自动定位及特征提取,进而判断心音中是否包含病理性杂音。结果:设计的系统能够有效地检测人体的心音信号,处理算法能够准确定位第一心音和第二心音的位置,对心脏疾病的辅助诊断具有重要意义。结论:所设计的信号采集系统电路可靠、操作简单、成本低廉,能够实现数据的实时无线传送,适用于家庭监护;借助小波分析提取包络的方法来定位S1、S2,算法简便,耗时较短,适用于实时分析。Objective To design a PCG signals analysis system that can be used for assistant diagnosis, which could play the assistance treatment role in clinical diagnosis of heart disease by detecting and processing heart signals, Mothods In the system, PCG signal was acquired and preprocessed before using the ZigBee technology to transmit wirelessly to the Personal Computer. Then the signal was processed by the analysis tool MATLAB. By doing this, the objects of accurately locating the S1 and S2 and extracting feature had been achieved. Results The system designed could be used for detecting heart signals effectively and the algorithm could localize the first heart sound and the second heart sound effectively, which had great impact in the diagnosis of heart disorders. Conclusion The signal sampling system described is accurate, simple, cheap, and could accomplish real-time data transfer. It is suitable for home health-care monitoring. The algorithm based on wavelet transform is simple, rapid and suitable for real-time analysis.
