摘　　要：海量"孤岛"空间地理数据、彼此独立的地理信息系统、市场经济的发展、行业的激烈竞争、社会大众的需求都要求我们必须以"服务"的理念做事。基于服务的空间地理信息共享建设已经成为当前GIS界的研究发展方向,应用前景广阔。鉴于此,本文探讨了以ArcGIS Server为基础建立的基于服务的空间地理信息共享平台的关键技术、系统设计目标、系统架构、数据建模以及实现方法。Considering the demands of large isolated spatial geograhpical data、separate geographical information system、market economy development、industry rivalship、public needs,We must do something based on the service.The spatial geographical information sharing platform based on web services have turned into a important development aim.So,The paper discussed the core technology、the system objective、system skeleton、data model and the realization about the Spatial Geographical Information Sharing Platform,based on the ArcGIS Server.
