摘　　要：在动态的环境中,一般认为有价值的资源对动态能力的构建有重要作用,但静态的资源如何才能形成动态能力并为企业带来超额绩效,已成为学术界和企业界关注的焦点。从过程入手,通过对717份有效问卷的分析,研究了资源整合过程与动态能力的关系。本文的实证研究表明:资源识别过程与动态能力之间并无直接的相关关系,而资源获取、资源配置以及资源利用过程对于动态能力的构建与拓展具有重要的作用。最后讨论了本文的局限性及将来可能的研究方向。In the dynamic environment, valuable resources are crucial to the building - up of dynamic capability. How the static resources could form the dynamic capability in order to bring superior performance for the start - ups has become an all academic and industrial focus. From the view of process, based on 717 valid samples, the relation between resource integration process and dynamic capability is investigated. The empirical study shows that resource identification process is not related to the dynamic capability; however resource acquisition, resource allocation, and leverage processes are significantly and positively related to the dynamic capability.
