摘  要:目的观察荔枝核提取物对D-半乳糖诱致小鼠学习记忆障碍的改善作用,并探讨其改善作用与脑内抗氧化作用的关系。方法 50只昆明种小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、石杉碱甲组(0.4mg/(kg.d))、荔枝核提取物低(15g/(kg.d))和高(60g/(kg.d))剂量组。上述动物除空白对照组外,皮下(sc)注射D-半乳糖(500mg/(kg.d))8周,并于第5周起分别灌胃相应药物。采用水迷宫和自主活动仪测试小鼠学习和记忆能力及自主活动情况,并取血测定MDA含量和SOD及GSH-Px的活力。结果荔枝核提取物可明显改善模型小鼠的学习和记忆能力,并提高血清GSH-PX和SOD的活力。结论荔枝核提取物具有改善D-半乳糖诱致小鼠学习记忆障碍的作用,其作用可能与其提高机体抗氧化能力有关。OBJECTIVE To investigate the improving effect of Litchi Litchi Seed Aqueous Extracts on learning and memory obstacles induced by D-galacitose in mice and relative internal anfioxidant effect. METHORDS 50km mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Huperzine A (0.4mg/(kg·d)) group and Litchi Seed Aqueous Extracts (15g/(kg·d) ), 60g/(kg·d)) groups, 10 mice in each group. D-galactose (500rag/ (kg·d)) were injected to all mice for 8 consecutive weeks by subcutaneous injection except normal group.At the beginning of wk 5, all drugs were given by gavage for 4 weeks. Water maze was used to detect the spatial learning and memory, while the SMART video-tracking system was used to monitor spontaneous activity continuously during the light and dark phase, the contents of MDA and the activities of SOD, glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in serum were measured respectively. RESULTS Litchi Seed Aqueous Extracts could obviously improve the learning and memory in model obstacle mice, and decrease the content of MDA and enhance the activities of SOD, glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in serum. CONCLUSION For learning and memory obstacles induced by D-galactose in mice, Litchi Seed Aqueous Extracts possesses improving the learning and memory effects, which may be related to elevating antioxidative ability.
