摘　　要：目的探讨左半结直肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的临床特点及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2005—2010年左半结直肠癌合并急性肠梗阻28例的临床资料。结果 28例均行急诊手术,术中采用结肠减压、灌洗、清创、修整、I期吻合的方法。结论术后吻合口瘘等并发症无明显升高,避免结肠造瘘和II期手术,是一种安全可行的方法。Objective To explore the left half of the colorectal cancer clinical features of acute intestinal obstruction and treatment. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2005 and 2009 left half of colorectal cancer in our hospital 28 cases of acute intestinal obstruction in the clinical data. Results 28 patients underwent emergency surgery, intraoperative use of colonic decompression, irrigation, debridement, dressing, a consistent approach. Conclusion Postoperative complications such as anastomotic leakage without significantly increased, and the second stage surgery to avoid colostomy is a safe and feasible method.
