摘 要:随着高校的不断扩招,同时受近年来全球金融危机的影响,大学毕业生迅速增多而就业机会又相对减少的现象日渐明显。传统的就业指导模式已经不能充分满足日益严峻的就业形势发展的要求。个性化就业指导模式贯穿以人为本的服务理念,能够结合学生个体多样的实际情况,充分实现其就业社会化和个性化的和谐与统一,从而使学校的就业指导相关工作更具有针对性和有效性,并在一定程度上提高大学生的就业质量与就业率。文中以高校个性化就业指导这一课题的提出,和充满着诸多问题的就业指导现状这两方面为基础,提出了相应的、具有针对性的个性化就业指导改革方案,方案以三结合的理论前提为指导,分别从纵向和横向两大方面展开了论述,希望可以给高校师生和就业指导相关部门提供一定的理论和实践参考。With the rapid increased enrollment of the colleges and universities,and the influence of the global financial crisis,it's more and more obvious that the number of the undergraduates gets more,but the job opportunities get less.The conventional vocation guidance pattern can't satisfy the needs of the much clearer self-cognition of the graduates or the requests of the austere employment situation.The personalized vocation guidance is person centered,and makes it a harmony between the personalization and the socialization of the students as according to the their own peculiarity,so it makes the vacation guidance much more pointed and timely,and also enlarge the graduates' employment opportunities at a certain extent.This paper is based in putting forward the research of the personalized vocation guidance and its present state which includes lots of problems this two aspects,and then propound a corresponding and pointed reform proposal.This proposal is guided by three-in-one theory,and launches elaborations respectively in vertical and lateral aspects.Hope this paper can provide some references for university teachers and students and relevant departments of vocation guidance both theoretically and experimentally."
