肛肠科常规乙状结肠镜检查11841例分析

摘　　要：为评估乙状结肠镜常规检查肛肠疾病的价值，回顾性分析10年来11841例乙状结肠镜检查结果。结果显示，患肛肠疾病年龄多在30-70岁，症状以便血、肛门疼痛、肛门坠胀为主，其中直肠癌占一定比例，以60岁以上者较多，且有逐年上升趋势。提示对肛肠病患者行乙状结肠镜常规检查非常重要。This study analysed the sigmoidoscope examination results of 11841 cases within recent 10 years retrospectively,so that to eValuate the value of sigmoidoscopy as routine examination for colorectal disease patients. As results,the patients suffered from colorectal disease mostly at aged 30-70 yr. ,their symptoms were predominant by hematochezia, pain and tenesmus, among them there were rectal cancer of certain proportion, more at aged more than 60 yr. ,which appeared ascending trend year by year. Results suggest that sigmoidoscopy as routine examination for colorectal disease screening is of importance.
