丛状血管瘤11例临床及病理分析

摘　　要：报道11例丛状血管瘤,其中男6例,女5例,发病年龄7天～24岁。皮损主要表现为浸润性的暗紫红色斑块或结节。组织病理均表现为真皮内血管内皮细胞和血管周细胞增生形成的团块状的毛细血管丛,其周围有裂隙样管腔,无细胞异形性和核分裂相。Eleven cases of tufted angioma including six men and five women were reported. The age at onset ranged from 7 days to 24 years. All of the patients presented with dark purplish- erythmatous plaques or nodules. His- tological examination revealed focal proliferation of tightly packed capillaries within the dennis. The vascular tufts were composed of plump endothelial cells and benign spindleshaped pericytes surrounded by slitlike or dilated vascular spaces.
