摘　　要：作为"三三制"抗日民主政权中属于中间势力的一个重要组成部分,开明士绅积极参与晋冀鲁豫边区民主政治实践活动:支持边区政府和临时参议会的成立,宣传解释边区各项政策,提出意见和建议,反对国民党的军事摩擦,反击日伪分化拉拢等。开明士绅的史迹,不应抹煞。As an important part of intermediate forces led by the CPC under the ＂San San Zhi＂ Anti-Japanese Democratic Regime, the Enlightened Gentries had actively joined in democratic politics of Jin-Ji-Lu-Yu Base Area, such as, supporting the foundation of Base Area government and Temporary Council, propagandizing and explaining policies of Base Area government, putting forward opinionsand advices, opposing the Kuomintang＇ s military friction, counterattacking differentiation and roping of the Japanese troops and puppet troops, and etc. The Enlightened Gentry＇ s historical merits can＇ t be obliterated.
