摘　　要：战略网络组织高的失败率引起了学者们对战略网络稳定性的研究,现有的研究往往强调网络结构和伙伴选择对稳定性的影响,忽视了企业间关系的作用。而战略网络作为由企业间合作关系构成的组织系统,关系是这个系统的关键因素,关系的存在成为战略网络存在的一个很好的"代理"。本文从企业间关系的视角,研究了企业间以往的关系、企业间关系的特征、企业间的信任和企业间冲突的解决四个方面对战略网络稳定的影响,提出相关假设,并构建了一个概念模型。The high failure rate of the strategic network organization arouses the study of scholars about the stability of the strategic network,the existing study tend to emphasize the influence of network structure and partner selection,neglect the role of inter-firm relations.Strategic network,as an organizational system which constitutes of the partnership between enterprises,relation is a key factor in the system,the existence of relation in the strategic network is a good proxy of the existence of the strategic network.Based on the perspective of inter-firm relations,studying the stability of strategic network,from four aspects of the relationship between enterprises in the past,the characteristic of the inter-firm relation,the trust between enterprises and the solution of the conflict between enterprises,proposing interrelated assumptions,constructing a conceptual model.
