摘  要:针对产品变型设计过程中零件实例重用引起的尺寸约束冲突,提出尺寸变化需求在入度尺寸之间分配的冲突延迟方法。分析了产品多样化与参数化变型实现模式,提出零件主模型重用和零件实例重用相结合的产品变型设计方法。分析了零件实例重用引起的尺寸约束冲突形式,构建了五元组的尺寸约束网络图,定义了尺寸之间的变化概率矩阵,在此基础上给出尺寸变化需求转移、延迟策略,设计了基于启发函数的尺寸变化概率分配模型,并以零件为对象构建了尺寸冲突决策模型,将变型设计需求快速聚集到少数零件对象上。通过一个实例对上述原理和方法进行了验证。Aiming at the dimension constraint conflict problem caused by part instance reuse during product variant design process, dimension conflict delayed method by assigning dimension variant requirement among corresponding input dimensions was presented. The product variety and parametric variant design were analyzed, and a variant de sign approach by combining part master model reuse and part instance reuse was proposed. The forms of dimension constraint conflict resulting from part instance reusing were studied. Dimension constraint network was defined with 5 tuple, and a rework probability matrix among dimensions was also constructed. On these basis, a dimension variant requirement transferring and postpone strategy was put forward, and the probability assignment model of dimension variant was formulated based on heuristic function. The decision-aking model of dimension conflict by taking part as application was established with the goal of aggregating variant requirement into few parts. A case study was used to verify the proposed methods and principles.
