摘 要:供应商交货的不确定性对供应链装配系统订货优化与协调具有重要影响。在分析影响供应链装配系统协同订货的不确定性及其主要表征形式后,对交货数量不确定、交货时间不确定和供应商库存不确定三种情形下的供应链装配系统订货优化与协调模型研究进行了归类综述,即针对引起上述不确定交货条件的原因进行了分类,分析和归纳了不确定交货条件下装配系统订货优化与协调研究动态。根据目前研究和实践情况,从协调机制、组织机制和监控机制三个方面,提出不确定交货条件下供应链装配系统订货优化与协调研究的趋势和方向。Delivery uncertainty of suppliers had a great impact on ordering optimization and coordination in assembly system. After the analysis of uncertainty and performance in assembly system, the ordering optimization and coordination in assembly system under three different delivery conditions, namely uncertain delivery quantity, uncertain delivery time and uncertain inventory of suppliers were classified and reviewed. Based on classification of reasons which caused each uncertain condition, the current situation of ordering optimization and coordination was discussed and analyzed under different categories of reason. The trends and directions of ordering optimization and coordination in supply chain assembly system based on uncertain delivery conditions were proposed from the perspectives of coordination mechanism, organization mechanism and monitoring mechanism according to the application circumstances of current researches.
